How to deposit funds
Depositing funds into your account is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps
below to make a deposit.
Step 1: Open the Deposit screen
You can access the deposit screen in either of the following ways:
Tap your balance in the top-right corner of the app, or
Go to Settings ⚙️ and select Deposit Funds
Step 2: Enter your deposit amount
Enter the amount you’d like to deposit
The minimum deposit is £5
You can use the + / − buttons or select a preset amount if available
Step 3: Choose your deposit method
Select your preferred deposit method and enter the required details.
Available UK deposit methods:
Apple Pay
Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Google Pay (Android)
Step 4: Confirm your deposit
Review your deposit details
Tap Deposit to submit your request
Approving your deposit
Depending on your bank or card provider, you may be asked to approve the transaction using additional security steps (such as a one-time passcode or banking app confirmation).
If prompted, follow your bank’s on-screen instructions to complete the deposit successfully.
If your deposit doesn’t go through
If a deposit is unsuccessful:
Check that all payment details were entered correctly
Make sure you’ve completed any bank or card security checks
Try again or select a different payment method
