Withdrawal Method Options
Withdrawals are processed using a closed-loop payment process, meaning funds are returned to the same payment method used to deposit where possible.
Available withdrawal methods
Debit card (Visa or Mastercard), where supported
UK Bank Transfer to your verified bank account
Some debit cards do not support withdrawals. If this applies, your withdrawal will be processed to your verified UK bank account instead.
In certain cases, we may need to request additional information or documents to confirm account ownership before a withdrawal can be completed.
Steps to Withdraw (Card)
1. Open the Dabble app and tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner ⚙️
2. Select Withdraw Funds
3. Choose how much you’d like to withdraw (minimum is £5) and hit Withdraw
The last method you deposited with will automatically appear as your default withdrawal method.
If this method isn’t available, or you have not previously made a deposit, you’ll be prompted to choose an alternative option:

Fast Bank Transfer (Recommended)
Linking your bank account using TrueLayer securely confirms your bank details and is our recommended method for UK bank transfers.
When your account is linked through TrueLayer, additional bank verification documents are usually not required.
Link your bank account using Fast Bank Transfer
The bank account must be in the name of the account holder and match the deposit method used.
If all checks are passed, funds typically arrive within a few hours

Manual Bank Entry (If Fast Bank Transfer Isn’t Supported)
If you’re unable to link your bank account using our Fast Transfer system, we may need to request documentation to verify your bank account, in line with regulatory requirements.
Swipe right on the bank linking screen
Enter your Sort Code and Account Number manually
This method requires that you provide a Bank Statement to support verification of ownership, which can take 1-2 business days to review

Note: The bank Account must be in the name of the Account Holder.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Once you’ve submitted a withdrawal request, it will be processed as soon as possible.
Fast withdrawals
Ccustomers may be eligible for fast withdrawals, which can allow withdrawals to be processed to a verified UK bank account within minutes.
Fast withdrawals are only available once your withdrawal details have been verified and eligibility criteria are met. Availability may vary and is not guaranteed for every withdrawal.
Standard processing
Most withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on:
Your bank or payment provider
Weekends and public holidays
Whether any additional checks or verification are required
Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent, the final delivery time is determined by your bank.
Checking your withdrawal status
You can view the status of your withdrawal at any time by going to Settings ⚙️ → ⚡ Withdraw Funds → Withdrawal History in the app.
Your withdrawal will show one of the following statuses:
Pending
Your withdrawal is still under review or requires further verification.
This may include routine checks or confirmation of payment details before it can move to the next stage.
Approved
Your withdrawal has been reviewed and approved by our team and is queued for processing.
No further action is required from you at this stage.
Funds have not yet been released. Approved withdrawals are typically processed up to twice daily, with processing generally completed before 3:00pm (British Time).
Paid
Your withdrawal has been released from our end.
Once marked as Paid, the final delivery time is determined by your bank or payment provider and may vary.
Why your withdrawal may still be pending
In some cases, a withdrawal may take longer than expected to complete. Common reasons include:
Verification requirements
Additional information or documents may be needed to verify your withdrawal details
If this applies, we’ll contact you by email with instructions on what’s required
Bank or payment provider checks
Your bank or card provider may be carrying out additional security checks
These checks are outside of our control and can affect processing times
Withdrawal request timing
If a withdrawal is requested after 3:00PM (British Time), it may not be processed until the next business day
Requests submitted before this time are more likely to be processed on the same day, subject to any required checks
Weekends and public holidays
Withdrawals may take longer to process during weekends or public holidays due to bank processing schedules
These periods can also coincide with higher volumes of withdrawal requests, for example around major sporting events, which may affect processing times.
Unsupported withdrawal method
Some debit cards/accounts do not support withdrawals
If this happens, your withdrawal may need to be re-requested to a different method, if this occurs, we will contact you for further assistance.
Recently updated payment details
If you’ve recently added or updated your bank or card details, additional verification may be required before the withdrawal can be completed
If none of the above apply
If your withdrawal is still pending and none of the reasons above seem to apply, it’s possible that we’ve already contacted you for further information.
Please check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for any messages from us.
If you haven’t received an email or you’re unsure what’s needed, contact our Support Team and they’ll be happy to help.
Verification Requirements for Withdrawals
In some cases, additional verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
This helps us confirm account ownership and ensure withdrawals are sent to the correct payment method and allows us to meet our regulatory and compliance requirements.
When verification may be required
Verification may be requested if:
You’re making your first withdrawal
Your bank account or payment details have recently been added or updated
A bank account has not been linked using TrueLayer
Additional checks are required before funds can be released
Providing clear documentation
If you’re asked to upload documents, please make sure they’re clear, complete, and submitted as a PDF file.
The document must clearly display all the information requested in the verification email
All four corners of the document should be visible.
You may redact or obscure any information that isn’t required, as long as all requested details remain visible
The image should be well-lit and in focus
All details must be clearly readable
If documents are unclear, incomplete, missing required information, or not provided in PDF format, we may need to request them again, which can delay processing.
If you’re unable to source a PDF copy, a clear photo or scan of a paper bank statement may also be accepted, provided all required information is clearly visible and legible.
