the race distance is the same or 1 furlong or less different to the original distance
for a flat race and 2 furlongs or less for a National Hunt race bets will stand.
7. Withdrawn Horses & Greyhounds (Non-Runners)
7.1 References to “deduction/s” are to deductions that are calculated as per the
terms of Tattersalls Rules of Racing (notably TRR Rule 4) and are as outlined in the
table below in Rule 7.7.
7.2 If a runner is withdrawn from a race or does not come under starters orders and is declared a non-runner, bets on that runner will be refunded unless they were
placed in an Ante-Post market, in which case bets will be settled as a loser.
7.3 If a runner comes under starters orders but refuses to race, bets on that horse will
be settled as a loser.
7.4 Where a Dabble price is taken (other than Ante-Post bets) and 1 or more runners
are subsequently withdrawn from a race and declared non-runners, deductions
may be applied and the size of the deductions are dependent on the price of the
non-runner(s) and detailed in Rule 7.7.
7.5 If multiple runners are declared as non-runners, the Rule 4 deduction for each
runner will be accumulated with the total of the scheduled deductions of the
withdrawn runners deducted from the winning portion of the bet. Deductions will
be capped at 90 pence in the pound.
7.6 Deductions are applied only to the winning portion of the bet, the win and place
portion of a winning each-way bet, and the place portion of a placed each-way
bet. The stake portion of any winning bets are paid in full.

grace period applied dependent on the distance of the race at the sole discretion
of Dabble.
8.3 If a single bet is inadvertently accepted more than 3 seconds after the official start time of any greyhound race, the bet shall be deemed to be invalid, with stakes
refunded.
8.4 If a single bet is inadvertently accepted more than 3 seconds after the official start time of any Harness race, the bet shall be deemed to be invalid, with stakes
refunded.
9. Maximum Win Limits
9.1 The maximum winnings listed below assume that the bet is that of one customer
only. If we detect that multiple Dabble accountholders are colluding to place (i)
the same bets; or (ii) the same pattern of bets at similar times or over similar days,
in an effort to circumvent Dabble’s maximum win limits, then the maximum win
limits in these Rules will be adjusted and applied to the cohort of colluding bets
and/or accounts.
9.2 Maximum payout for multiple bets including different categories listed below will
have the maximum payout for the lowest maximum payout category applied.
9.3 Maximum payouts apply to the 24-hour period the bet is settled. Bet placement
date is not considered for calculating maximum payouts.
9.4 Maximum payouts are in Pounds Sterling and are as described in Rules 9.6, 9.7
and 9.8 below.

precedence over any limits contained in Dabble’s General Terms & Conditions, in
the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

10. Dabble Prices & Dabble Starting Price
10.1 Dabble prices are offered on horse racing, greyhound racing and harness until the official off-time of each race.
10.2 Dabble prices are subject to fluctuation.
10.3 Should a horse or greyhound be withdrawn Dabble prices may be subject to
deductions. See Rule 7 above for details.
10.4 A Dabble price taken on a selection in an each-way bet will apply to the win and
place portion of the each-way bet. The place component of the bet will be paid out
as per the each-way terms detailed in Rule 13 below.
10.5 Each-way bets at Dabble prices are governed by our Starting Price place betting
terms detailed in Rule 13 and determined by the actual number of starters, not the
number of declared runners when the bet is placed unless the bet was placed in
an Ante-Post market.
10.6 Each-way bets placed in Ante-Post markets will be paid as per the each-way
terms advertised at the time the bet was struck regardless of how many horses
start the race.
10.7 If a price is taken in a horse race with reserve runners bets will be settled on the
result without ‘’without the reserve runner(s)’’ unless a price is available for the
reserve runner(s), in which case bets will be settled on the official result.
11. Racing Exotics - Dabble Div
11.1 Racing Exotics are offered on selected Horse Racing, Greyhound Racing and
Harness Racing events.
11.2 Dividends for the Forecast, Reverse Forecast, Tricast, First Four and Quadrellas (Quaddies) shall be calculated on the final price offered by Dabble prior to the off-time
(Dabble Starting Price).
11.3 Dead Heats will impact racing exotics in various ways depending on the number
and position of runners dead heating. Details can be found in the General Terms &
Conditions UK available in our Help Centre.
11.4 Non-runners will impact racing exotics in various ways depending on the number of selections. Details can be found in our Help Centre.
11.5 For more information on racing exotics and please visit our Help Centre.
12. Racing Bet Builder
12.1 Racing Bet Builders are offered on selected Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing
events at Dabble’s discretion.
12.2 Racing Bet Builder odds are calculated based on the relationship between the
selections in the bet and not by a simple multiplication of odds of each selection.
The total odds will be clearly stated in the bet slip before a bet is placed.
12.3 In the event one or more selections are non-runners in a single Racing Bet Builder bet, that Racing Bet Builder bet will be voided and stake refunded.
12.4 Racing Bet Builder will only be available on races with a field size of 6 or more. In the event a field is reduced to five or less runners, any Racing Bet Builder bets
struck prior to the reduction in field size will stand.
12.5 Dabble may, in its absolute discretion, change, suspend, restrict or cease to offer the Racing Bet Builder feature at any time without providing a reason or advance notification, even in scenarios where Racing Bet Builder has been previously
advertised as being available at a particular time or in connection with a particular
event.
13. Each-Way Betting
13.1 Each-Way horse racing bets placed on UK and Irish horse racing will be settled as per Industry Standard place terms which are as follows:
Type of Race | # of Runners | Place Terms | # of Places |
Non-Handicap | 2-4 | Win Only | 1 |
| 5-7 | 1/4 Odds | 2 |
| 8 or more | 1/5 Odds | 3 |
Handicap | 2-4 | Win Only | 1 |
| 5-7 | 1/4 Odds | 2 |
| 8-11 | 1/5 Odds | 3 |
| 12-15 | 1/4 Odds | 3 |
| 16+ | 1/4 Odds | 4 |
13.2 All greyhound and harness bets will have the following place terms applied:
# of Runners | Place Terms | # of Places |
2-4 Runners | Win Only | Win Only |
5-7 Runners | 1/4 Odds | 2 |
8 Runners | 1/5 Odds | 3 |
13.3 Each-way accumulators or multiple bets are treated as 2 distinct bets with the
above-described place terms applied to the place portion of the bet.
14. Racing Multiples and Accumulator Bets
14.1 Racing accumulator bets (or “acca” bets) involve selecting runners in 2 or more
races and combining them into a single bet. The odds of the runners are multiplied
for the final dividend of the accumulator bet, and all selections must win for the
accumulator bet to win.
14.2 Racing multiples allow you to select runners in multiple races and combine them
into multiple accumulators within the same bet.
14.3 In the event of an accumulator or multiples bet selection(s) being declared a nonrunner, or a race is abandoned, the bet will be recalculated with that runner being
removed from the bet. For example, a multiple bet consisting of 3 runners can be
combined in a multiple bet to have 3 doubles (Runner A/Runner B/ Runner
B/Runner C. Runner A/Runner C) and 1 treble (Runner A/Runner B/Runner C) If 1
of the runners is subsequently declared a non-runner the bet will be settled as
follows. Assuming Runner A is declared a non-runner 3 doubles become (Runner
A -VOID/ Runner B, Runner A- VOID/Runner C, Runner B/Runner C) and the treble
becomes a double (Runner A- Void/Runner B/Runner C)
14.4 In the event of a dead heat in one or more accumulator legs, the standard Dead
Heat Rule applies (defined in clause 19.4 of the General Terms & Conditions UK).
14.5 For each-way multiple bets and accumulators the place portion of the bet will be
settled independently of the win portion of the bet. Each-way accumulators
consist of 2 separate bets: a win accumulator and a place accumulator.
14.6 In the event of a selection being declared a non-runner in the same race as an
accumulator selection, Dabble reserves the right to apply deductions in
accordance with 7.7.
15. Ante-Post Bets
15.1 Ante-Post Bets are available on selected horse races.
15.2 All bets struck prior to the final field being declared are accepted on an All-In basis (i.e. no refunds will apply for runners not taking their place in the final field and no deductions will apply).
15.3 Regardless of whether an ‘Ante-Post event (all-in betting)' has been, postponed,
or transferred from the original date, all bets stand until the completion of the
event unless any of the following conditions are met. Ante-Post bets will be
refunded if:
15.3.1 The race is re-opened after final declarations;
15.3.2 The race is transferred from the original racecourse to a new venue; or
15.3.3 The distance of the race is changed from the original race distance by more
than 1 furlong for a flat race, or more than 2 furlongs for a National Hunt race.
16. Challenge Markets
16.1 For bets on any Jockey, Trainer or Trap Challenge to stand, all races scheduled
for the race meeting must be run and correct weight declared. If the meeting is
postponed or abandoned, all bets for that meeting will be refunded, unless the
result of the market has already been determined.
16.2 Subject to Dead Heats, the points will be accrued per race and calculated as
follows: 3 points to 1st Place; 2 points to 2nd Place; 1 point to 3rd Place.
16.3 In the event of a Dead Heat, points are allocated on a proportionate fractional
basis:
16.3.1 2-Way Dead Heat Example: a 2-way Dead Heat for the win would see each of
the winners split the points received for 1st and 2nd (3+2 = 5 points) meaning
they would each receive 2.5 points.
16.3.2 3-Way Dead Heat Example: a 3-way Dead Heat for 2nd would see the winners
split the points received for 2nd and 3rd (2+1 = 3 points) meaning they would
all receive 1 point.
16.4 In the case of two or more Jockeys/Trainers/Traps finishing the meeting on the
same amount of points the Dead Heat Rules applies.
16.5 The “Trap” or “Box” is defined as the trap number the greyhound jumps from in
the race.
17. Palpable Errors
17.1 While Dabble takes all care possible in compiling and publishing betting
information including the publication of form, betting data, market condition and
terms, odds and results errors caused by external providers, internal systems and
human error may occur. When an obvious error occurs, it is referred to as a
palpable error.
17.2 A non-exhaustive list of obvious errors that may occur include bets accepted on a market that should have been suspended or closed, bets accepted on a race
where the result is already known, bets accepted at odds that are obviously
incorrect when compared to the market (Example: Dabble offer 50/1 for a runner
that is 5/1 in the general market), incorrect market data is offered where some or
all runners are not quoted or runners, incorrect place terms are offered, or a race,
or market, is resulted incorrectly.
17.3 If an obvious error (palpable error) occurs as described, but not limited to, Rules
17.1 and 17.2 above, Dabble reserves the right to rectify the error as described in
Rule 17.4 below.
17.4 If able, we will correct the error on the bet and settle/resettle the bet at the correct price or terms at the time the bet was placed, or alternatively, void the bet and refund your stake in a single bet, or void that leg(s) in an accumulator or a multiple bet.
17.5 If a race, or a market within a race has been resulted and settled incorrectly we
reserve the right to re-settle the market according to the official result and adjust
payouts accordingly.
