Our Timeout feature allows you to restrict ability to place bets on the Dabble app in-line with your personal needs and circumstances. During the Timeout period, you will not be able to use any Dabble account for any reason, at any time.

7 days
1 month (calendar month)

How do I Timeout?
To elect to Timeout, follow the steps outlined below in the Dabble App:
Tap on Settings Cog (top right of the Dabble App)
Select Safer Gambling
Then tap on Timeout
From here, you can select the appropriate Timeout option suitable for your personal circumstances. All Timeout sessions cannot be undone or removed at any stage, during the allocated period.

Can I cancel my Timeout early?
No. All Timeout periods cannot be undone or removed at any stage during the nominated period.
What happens to any bets I placed prior to my Timeout?
Any bets that you placed prior to commencing a Timeout will remain active on the account and settle in line with the bet conditions.
What if I have funds left in my account when I Timeout?
If you have funds in your account, they will remain in your balance until your Timeout period expires. If you would like to access these funds, please contact a member of our Customer Service team via Live Chat.
What happens when my Timeout period ends?
You will be able to access your account as normal, prior to the Timeout.
