20.1 Postponements & Abandonments

20.1.1 All bets will stand until such time as a race is officially cancelled by the governing body, unless the event is postponed for 14 days or more from the original published date in which case all bets will be void and stakes refunded.

20.1.2 If a race is officially abandoned by the governing body after commencement and no winner is declared all bets will be void and stakes refunded.

20.1.3 All Race Markets will be settled according to the official governing body results at the time of the podium presentation, regardless of any changes to the times, format and dates of practice, qualifying and/or race sessions.

20.2 Parade/ Formation/ Warm up Lap

20.2.1 If a driver or rider takes part in the parade/formation/warm up lap but fails to line up in their grid position for the official starting procedure and takes no part in the race bets on that driver or rider will be void across all markets with stakes refunded.

All bets on Head-to-Head and Group betting markets involving that Driver will be void and stakes refunded.

20.2.2 If a Driver or Rider comes under starters orders after the completion of a

formation or warm up lap but fails to start the race when the race commences (for

example they stall on the grid) they will be deemed a starter for resulting and settlement purposes.

20.3 Pole Position & Qualifying Markets

20.3.1 All Pole Position & Qualifying Markets will be resulted and settled on the lap

times recorded by Drivers and Riders during the qualifying session(s). Any subsequent penalties or amendments to qualifying positions, regardless of the reason, are not considered for resulting and settlement purposes.

20.4 F1 Driver/Team Changes

20.4.1 If a Driver changes teams from the team they are officially listed to drive for as

per www.f1.com for a race all bets placed on that driver prior to the official

announcement of the team change will be void with stakes refunded.

20.5 Resulting & Settlement of Markets

20.5.1 All race markets will be resulted as per the official results at the time of the

podium presentation. Any subsequent amendment to results, whatever the reason, will be disregarded for resulting purposes.

20.5.2 All practice and qualifying markets will be resulted on the official lap times and

finishing order published by the relevant governing body as at the completion of the

practice or qualifying session.

20.5.3 The following motorsports categories will be resulted and settled as per the

official result published immediately at the completion of the practice and qualifying

sessions and at the time of the podium presentation at the completion of the race

20.6 Maximum Payouts

Formula 1 - £25,000

Moto GP - £20,000

All other Motorsport - £10,000

Markets

20.7 Race Winner Markets

20.7.1 You are betting on the nominated Driver, Rider or Team to win the race

20.7.2 Unless otherwise stated all Race Markets will be resulted on the official results at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent amendments to the finishing

positions will be disregarded for resulting purposes.

20.7.3 All Riders and Drivers who take their grid position, or start from the pit lane, at the completion of the formation lap will be considered as starters.

20.7.4 Should a Rider or Driver fail to complete the formation lap and subsequently take no part in the race bets on those riders or drivers will be void with stakes refunded.

20.8 Podium, Top 6 & Top 10 Markets

20.8.1 You are betting on the finishing position of the nominated driver, rider or team.

20.8.2 Unless otherwise stated, all markets will be resulted on the official results at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent amendments to the finishing positionsafter the podium presentation will be disregarded for resulting purposes.

20.8.3 All Riders and Drivers who take their grid position, or start from the pit lane, at the completion of the formation lap will be considered as starters.

20.8.4 Should a Rider or Driver fail to complete the formation lap and subsequently take no part in the race bets on those riders or drivers will be void with stakes refunded.

20.9 Pole Position/Fastest Qualifier & Fastest in Qualifying Session Markets

20.9.1 You are betting on the driver, rider or team that records the fastest lap time in the qualifying session.

20.9.2 All qualifying markets will be resulted and settled on the official lap times and

finishing positions at the completion of the qualifying session. Subsequent penalties

and amendments to grid positions are disregarded for resulting purposes. Markets will be resulted and settled on Lap times only.

20.9.3 Should 2 or more drivers or riders record the identical lap time the highest

finishing position as published by the official governing body will be used to determine qualifying finishing positions.

20.9.4 All bets on qualifying markets stand once a driver has taken to the track for the qualifying session, regardless of whether or not they complete a timed lap.

20.9.5 If a driver does not leave the pits for an entire qualifying session and therefore

takes no part in the session, all bets on that driver will be void and stakes refunded.

20.9.6 For Formula 1 only - If 1 or more qualifying sessions do not take place and the

grid is formed based on the lap times set in Q1 or Q2 all bets on Pole Position and

Qualifying Top 3 will stand. If the starting grid is formed based on any other criteria allbets will be void and stakes refunded.

20.9.7 For Supercars only – If the qualifying format involves a Top 10 Shootout markets will be clearly named to reflect whether you are betting on the fastest Driver in the Qualifying session or the Top 10 Shootout winner.

20.10 Fastest and top 3 in the Practice Session Markets

20.10.1 You are betting on the Driver or Rider who records the fastest lap time in the

practice session.

20.10.2 In the unlikely event that fewer than 10 drivers complete a full timed lap during the session, bets on all drivers shall be made void.

20.10.3 Should 2 or more Drivers record an identical time the placings published by the official governing body at the completion of the session will be used to determine

finishing positions.

20.11 Race Head-to-Head & Group Betting Markets

20.11.1 You are betting on the highest finishing position of the selected driver, rider or

team in the race.

20.11.2 The winner of a race head-to-head or group betting market will be the driver with the higher finishing position, or the driver who completes the most laps if all drivers or riders listed fail to complete the race.

20.11.3 If 1 or more Riders or Drivers in the head-to-head or group betting market fail to take their grid position at the completion of the formation lap, does not start from the pit lane and takes no part in the race the market will be void with all stakes refunded. For the avoidance of doubt, any rider or driver that takes their position on the grid at the completion of the formation lap or starts from the pit lane will be considered as having taken part in the race.

20.12 Qualifying and Practice Head-to-Head & Group Betting Markets

20.12.1 You are betting on the selected rider, driver or team to record the fastest legal

lap time.

20.12.2 The winner of the qualifying or practice session head-to-head or group betting market will be the driver with the higher finishing position as per the official lap times published by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent amendments to grid positions or penalties will be disregarded for resulting purposes.

20.12.3 If 1 or more nominated drivers fail to leave the pits for the duration of the

qualifying or practice session and therefore take no part in the session all bets on that market will be void with stakes refunded.

20.13 First Driver & First Team Retirement Markets

20.13.1 You are betting on the first Driver or team to retire from the race.

20.13.2 Drivers must take their position on the grid at the completion of the formation

lap or start from the pit lane for bets on that driver or team to stand.

20.13.3 Should 1 or more Drivers or teams retire on the same lap dead rules will apply.

20.13.4 Results strictly as per the official race results published by the relevant

governing body at the time of the podium presentation.

20.14 Number of Classified Drivers & Number of Finishers Markets

20.14.1 You are betting on the number of Drivers that are classified finishers in the race.

20.14.2 For F1 only- a driver must complete 90% of the number of laps completed by

the winner to be considered classified.

20.14.3 For Supercars only – a driver must complete 75% of the number of laps

completed by the winner to be considered classified.

20.15 Safety Car Markets

20.15.1 You are betting on the physical Safety Car being deployed or the number of

times the Safety Car is deployed.

20.15.2 Virtual Safety Cars do not count.

20.15.3 Should the race start under the Safety Car this deployment will be ignored for

resulting purposes.

20.16 Finishing Position Markets

20.16.1 You are betting on the finishing position of the named driver or rider.

20.16.2 A rider or driver must be considered a starter for bets to stand.

20.16.3 Bets will be settled on the finishing position of the driver in question, and will be counted down to their position, including retirements. For instance, if 24 drivers start the race, and the named runner is the second retirement, with 10 drivers failing to finish the race, the finishing position would be 23rd.

20.17 Fastest Lap Markets

20.17.1 You are betting on the selected driver or rider to record the fastest lap in the

race.


20.17.2 Results as per the fastest lap time published be the relevant official governing

body at the time of the podium presentation.

20.18 First Lap Leader and Leader after Lap ‘X’ Markets

20.18.1 You are betting on the Driver or Rider who leads at the completion of the first lap or at the completion of the nominated lap number.

20.18.2 First Lap leader markets will be void if the race starts under the Safety Car.

20.18.3 Markets will be settled as per the race data published by the official governing body.

20.19 Double, Treble and Grand Slam Markets

20.19.1 Double Market- Fastest Qualifier & Race Winner - You are betting on the

nominated driver or rider to be the fastest qualifier and to win the race.

20.19.2 Treble Market – Fastest Qualifier, Race Winner & Fastest Lap - You are betting on the nominated driver or rider to be the fastest qualifier, to win the race and to record the fastest lap in the race.

20.19.3 Grand Slam Market- Fastest Qualifier, Race Winner, Fastest Lap 7 Lead every

Lap in the race -You are betting on the nominated driver or rider to be the fastest

qualifier, to win the race, to record the fastest lap in the race and to lead every lap of the race.

20.20 Quinella Markets

20.20.1 You are betting on the selected pair of Drivers or Riders to finish in 1st &

2nd position in either order. Paid on podium result.

20.21 Exacta Markets

20.21.1 You are betting on the selected Drivers or Riders to finish 1st & 2nd in the correct order. Paid on podium result.

20.22 Trifecta Markets

20.22.1 You are betting on the selected Drivers or Riders to finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the correct order.

20.23 Championship Markets

20.23.1 You are betting on the selected driver, rider or team to win the Championship

20.23.2 Bets will stand on all drivers and constructors, whether they compete or not.

20.23.3 Markets will be resulted and settled in accordance with the official result

published by the governing body.

20.23.4 All bets will stand providing an official winner of the Championship is

announced by the governing body regardless of a reduction in the scheduled number of races.

20.23.5 Should the remaining races in a season be cancelled after a bet is placed those bets will be void with stakes refunded.

20.23.6 Should a season be officially abandoned by the governing body with no

Champion declared all bets other than those where the result.

20.24 Finishing Position – Pick ‘Em Markets

20.24.1 You are betting on the finishing position of the nominated driver or rider to be

higher (‘more’) or lower (‘less’) than the quoted line in the nominated session. If the

quoted line is a whole number, for example, Oscar Piastri 6 – more/less and the driver

finishes in the quoted finishing position (in this case, 6th) then the market will be resulted as a ‘push’ with the payout multiplier reduced by 1 level (e.g. a 4 leg Pick ‘Em

bet would reduce to the payout multiplier of a 3 leg Pick ‘Em bet).
