General

2.1 Postponement & Abandonments

2.1.1 If an event is postponed and re-scheduled to take place within 24 hours of the

original start time all bets will stand.

2.1.2 If an event is postponed for more than 24 hours all markets will be void and stakes returned. However, if an event is postponed during a multi event/multi day

championship, such as Olympic Games and World Championships, all bets will stand

until completed providing the event is completed prior to the completion of the multi

day/multi event championship.

2.2 Resulting & Settlement of Markets

2.2.1 All markets will be resulted and settled as per the podium presentation. Any

subsequent disqualifications or amendments to the results, whatever the reason, will

not be considered. Results are as per those communicated by the relevant governing

body. For International Athletics Events results will be as per those published by the

IAAF on their official website: https://www.worldathletics.org/competitions.


Olympic Games

2.2.2 All Olympic events will be resulted as per as per the official declared result

published on the official Olympics website https://www.olympic.org/

2.3 Maximum Payout

Olympics: £10,000


All other Athletics events: £5,000


Markets

2.4 Winner Markets

2.4.1 You are betting on the winner of the Heat, Quarter Final, Semi Final or Final.

2.4.2 If your selection does not start the designated heat bets on that selection will be refunded and deductions may be applied as per Dabble Terms & Conditions – Racing Section 9.5 Schedule of Deductions.

2.4.3 If 2 or more athletes or teams dead-heat for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place Dead Heat Rules will apply.


2.5 Top 3 Markets

2.5.1 You are betting on the selected athlete or team to finish First, Second or Third in

the Heat, Quarter Final, Semi Final or Final.

2.5.2 If your selection does not start the designated heat bets on that selection will be refunded and deductions may be applied as per Dabble’s General Terms & Conditions – and Racing Rules.

2.5.3 If 2 or more athletes or teams dead-heat for 3rd place Dead Heat Rules will apply.

2.6 Gold Medal Winner Markets

2.6.1 You are betting on the selected athlete or team to win the Gold Medal.

2.6.2 All Gold Medal markets are offered on an ‘all-in’ basis and bets on athletes or

teams who are disqualified, false start, do not reach the final or do not take part in the event at all are settled as losers.

2.6.3 If 2 or more athletes or teams tie and are awarded the Gold Medal Dead Heat

Rules will apply.

2.7 To Win a Medal Markets

2.7.1 You are betting on the selected athlete or team to finish on the podium.

2.7.2 All ‘To Win a Medal’ markets are on an ‘all in’ basis and bets on athletes or teams who are disqualified, false start, do not reach the Final or do not take part in the event at all are settled as losers.

2.7.3 If 2 or more athletes or teams dead-heat for 3rd place Dead Heat Rules will apply.

2.8 To Make the Final Markets

2.8.1 You are betting on the selected athlete or team to reach the final of the selected

event.

2.8.2 All ‘To Make the Final’ Markets are on an ‘all in’ basis. Bets on athletes or teams

who are disqualified, false start, do not reach the final or take no part in the event are

settled as losers.

2.9 ‘Winner Without’ Markets

2.9.1 You are betting on the highest finishing position of the named athletes or teams.

2.9.2 For the purpose of this market the named athlete(s) or teams are not considered when determining finishing positions.

2.9.3 Dead Heat Rules apply.

2.10 Head-to-Head & Group Betting Markets

2.10.1 You are betting on the highest finishing position of the named athletes or teams.

2.10.2 If the Head-to-Head or Group betting markets are offered on a single event then all competitors must take part for bets to stand.

2.10.3 Markets offered at the commencement of a multi-stage event such as Olympic

Games or World Championships will be resulted on the athlete or team that progresses the furthest or achieves the highest finishing position if both are eliminated at the same stage, in this instance markets are offered on an ‘all in’ basis.


2.10.4 Group Betting only - If 2 or more teams or athletes are eliminated at the same

stage and are tied in the official finishing order then dead heat rules will apply.


2.10.5 If a Head-to-Head or Match market finishes in a Dead Heat the result will be

treated as a ‘push’ which will result in no winner being declared and all bets being

refunded.
