How do I know if I have a Spin & Win wheel available?
We’ll let you know if you have a Spin & Win wheel available. This could be via SMS, Email, Push Notification, in-app message, or in Banter. This will be available to eligible customers only.
The communications should tell you what you need to do - usually requiring you to make a Deposit to activate your Spin & Win.
How do I get more Spin & Wins wheels?
There is no specific method to receive extra Spin & Win wheels. When you are eligible for one, you will be contacted directly via your notifications and/or email to let you know then.
Importantly, Spin & Win wheels are distributed automatically to eligible customers and cannot be manually added by Customer Service.
How are the amounts calculated?
Your Spin & Win wheel will display the amounts that are possible to win when you tap the icon to use it.
There are 14 segments on the wheel, and each segment has an equal probability of being landed on. Good luck with pressing the ‘Stop’ button at the right time!
Spin & Win Cash Wheel Promotion Terms and Conditions:
Dabble’s Spin & Win Wheel is a virtual “wheel” with multiple segments that may become available to a customer, at different times, at the discretion of Dabble.
Rewards from the Spin & Win Wheel are issued as an amount of Free Bets, based on the resulted wheel segment. Free bets is a product, and not real cash. Free bet rewards issued by the Spin & Win Wheel will expire if unused after 7 days from the time of issue. Refer to Dabble’s Promotions Terms & Conditions for more information on Free Bets.
Should you be eligible, Spin & Win Wheel rewards will be awarded to your Free Bets balance within 24 hours.
Spin & Win Wheels expire 31 days after being issued to your account (unless otherwise stated); should it not be used within the relevant time period, it will be forfeited.
