Dabble Promotional Terms and Conditions

1.1 The terms contained in this document (“Standard Promotional Terms”) apply to all promotional offers in the form of cash offers, bonus offers (whether real-money bonuses or some other form of incentive), prize draws, competitions, giveaways, contests, or a combination of any of these, available through the Platform (as defined below) (each a “Promotion”).

1.2 Each Promotion will have its own specific promotional terms that apply to the Promotion over and above these Standard Promotional Terms, and those specific terms will be set out on the individual web landing page for the relevant Promotion (“Specific Promotional Terms”).

1.3 These Standard Promotional Terms, along with any Specific Promotional Terms and Dabble’s General Terms & Conditions (“Ts&Cs”) and Privacy Policy form a legal agreement between Dabble Sports UK Ltd (“Dabble” “we”, “our” and/or “us”) and each participating customer (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) in respect of the Promotion (the “Agreement”) and the Agreement can only be amended with our consent. You should review all the terms of the Agreement before participating in any Promotion.

1.4 By participating in any Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Agreement, as applicable to the Promotion in question. Your use of our platform, including any Dabble mobile application and/or Dabble website (collectively the “Platform”) and of any services available through the Platform are subject to the Agreement.

1.5 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between (1) these Standard Promotional Terms; (2) any Specific Promotional Terms; and (3) the Ts&Cs, the Specific Promotional Terms shall prevail, followed by these Standard Promotional Terms, followed by the Ts&Cs; but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.

2.1 We may, from time to time, run Promotions. The form of Promotion will be described, and full details set out on the individual web landing page for the relevant Promotion and/or in any communications (including emails, app notifications, and computer pop-ups) we issue to tell you about our Promotions (each a “Promotion Communication”).

2.2 For the purposes of all Promotions eligible for UK customers, the promoter is Dabble Sports UK Ltd unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 The period of time during which each Promotion will run (“Promotion Period”) will be specified in the Specific Promotional Terms. Each Promotion will automatically close at the end of the relevant Promotion Period, at which point no further participation in that Promotion will be possible. Any entries submitted after the Promotion Period will be void (although you may still be charged, if entering the Promotion via a paid-for route after the Promotion Period ends). The Promotion Period will always be clearly explained in the Specific Promotional Terms.

3.1 We may cancel or amend any Promotion, these Standard Promotional Terms and any Specific Terms and Conditions at any time, including for any reason beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control.

​3.2 If we cancel or materially amend any Promotion and/or these Standard Promotional Terms, we will post the amended terms on the relevant page(s) and section(s) of the Platform. By your continued participation in the Promotion, you accept any such modified terms of the Agreement.

4.1 Unless otherwise indicated in the Promotion Communication, participation in each Promotion is open to all Dabble account holders but is limited to one entry per person, family, household, address or organisation. We may restrict participation in certain Promotions to players who fulfil specific selection criteria. Where a Promotion Communication permits multiple participants, we may limit the number of participants or entries per participant or both – and will make this information clearly available in the Specific Promotional Terms.

​4.2 Unless otherwise indicated in the respective Promotion Communication, it is intended for the addressed recipient or category of recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, then the offer to participate in any Promotion is null and void (and any subsequent entry you make will be discounted).

5.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Specific Promotional Terms, to be

eligible to participate in any Promotion (i.e. a “Qualifying Player”), you must:

5.1.1 be eighteen (18) years of age or older;

5.1.2 be legally entitled to use our services in accordance with our Ts&Cs;

5.1.3 if the Promotion is specifically intended for players who are residents of and/or located in a particular country (as stated in the applicable Specific Promotional Terms), be a resident of and/or located in that country;

5.1.4 unless the Specific Promotional Terms indicate that a "no purchase necessary" route is available, and subject to section 7.2 below, have successfully completed registration on the Platform for the relevant service and opened a real-money player account (“Account”) in accordance with our Ts&Cs;

5.1.5 satisfy any other eligibility criteria set out in the relevant sections of these Standard Promotional Terms, the applicable Specific Promotional Terms and our Ts&Cs; and

5.1.6 not be an Unauthorised Person (as defined in section 7.2 below).

5.2 To be eligible to participate in any Promotion which is stated to be intended for new players or which is described as a "new player" or "sign-up" offer (or similar phrasing), you must not previously have opened and made a deposit into an Account on the Platform or for any services available through the Platform. Such “new player” Promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other Promotion.

5.3 The identity of each participant in a Promotion will be determined from all or any combination of the following: name, address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, IP address and other forms of identification which may be required.

5.4 If we cannot confirm your identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Promotion, we will request further information from you. If you do not provide such information within the respective Promotion Period, any entries you make may be invalid.

6.1 Participation in any Promotion is voluntary.

6.2 To participate in a Promotion, you should follow the instructions set out in the relevant Promotion Communication, on the individual web landing page for that Promotion and, where appropriate, within the applicable Specific Promotional Terms. Where the Promotion Communication or landing page indicates that no purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion, you may participate by sending an email to the address specified in the Promotion Communication.

6.3 Unless stated otherwise in the Specific Promotional Terms, you may only enter

each Promotion once.

7.1 Unauthorised Persons are not permitted to participate in any Promotion.

7.2 For the purpose of this clause 7, “Unauthorised Persons” means:

7.2.1 officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of Dabble or any

of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies, or any of its or

their respective suppliers or vendors or any officers, directors,

employees or consultants of any entity connected with, or engaged to

assist Dabble to provide, any Promotion, or relatives of any of the

foregoing persons, "relative" shall include, but not be limited to, a

spouse, partner, child or sibling and any person residing in the same

household as any of the foregoing persons; and

7.2.2 any person who is otherwise ineligible to open an Account in

accordance with our Ts&Cs.

7.3 If an Unauthorised Person participates in a Promotion, we will (in addition to

any other rights we have under the Agreement) seek the return of any bonus,

payment, award or other prize, including from that player's Account or otherwise

provided to the recipient (e.g. in the form of non-cash prizes).

7.4 We will disqualify any player who cheats or who tampers or attempts to tamper

with or circumvent the entry process for, or the operation of, any Promotion, or

whose conduct is in breach of the Agreement, contrary to the spirit of the

Agreement or the intention of the relevant Promotion, or might, in our

reasonable opinion, bring us, any of our group companies or any of our or their

respective brands into disrepute.

8.1 Unless the Specific Promotional Terms indicate that a "no purchase necessary"

route is available (or such other dispensation is available), participation in any

Promotion is subject to you having made the required minimum deposit (as may

be required from time-to-time) into your Account (“Qualifying Deposit”) unless

the Specific Promotional Terms specify that a different Qualifying Deposit or

entry criteria is required.

8.2 Neither transfers made between player Accounts (i.e. where player A transfers

money to player B) nor reverse cash-outs qualify as deposits for the purpose of

any minimum Qualifying Deposit requirements.

8.3 Qualifying Deposit requirements can be found by checking the ‘offers’ section

in your Account.

9.1 In relation to some Promotions, certain release or cash-out restrictions must be

satisfied, in addition to the general eligibility criteria set out in these Standard

Promotional Terms, before a bonus may be used, played with or, where

appropriate, cashed out, or as a condition of being eligible for a prize or to

compete in any competition or contest. Any such additional restrictions or

requirements will be contained or referenced in the Specific Promotional Terms.

You may only withdraw any funds from your Account obtained via a bonus when

you have met the wagering restrictions associated with that bonus offer.

9.2 In the event that you ‘cashed out’ funds in respect of which you have received

a bonus, without having first met any applicable release requirements, cash-out

restrictions or general eligibility criteria, you shall forfeit the entire sum of the

respective bonus, along with any winnings resulting from this bonus, and we

shall be entitled to deduct this from your Account.

10.1 Your use of any real money bonuses is subject to our review for irregular playing

patterns. We do not tolerate Bonus Abuse (as listed below) or any activity which

is intended to take advantage of our Promotions in bad faith. To ensure fair

gaming and the proper use of bonuses, we consider the following to constitute

Bonus Abuse:

10.1.1 low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting

when deployed to exploit bonuses;

10.1.2 placing single or multiple bets of a value of fifty percent or more of

the bonus on any single game, round, building a balance and

significantly changing play patterns in order to meet the bonus

release requirement; and/or

10.1.3 placing large bets which result in a substantial gain followed by a

drop in bet size equal to or more than seventy five percent of the

previous average bet size until the bonus release requirements have

been met.

10.2 In the event that we deem that Bonus Abuse has taken place, we will prevent

you from cashing out or withdrawing any Account funds or winnings derived

from such Bonus Abuse, and/or to claim damages for such amount via the ADR

process in the Ts&Cs if you have already withdrawn any winnings awarded as

a result of any Bonus Abuse.

10.3. In the event that an additional real money bonus or any other excess payment

is accidentally paid to a Qualifying Player, we may, without prejudice to any

other rights under the Agreement, to seek the return of the amount of any such

erroneous payment from that player's Account.

Dabble rewards could be one of the following

General use-based Promotions involve a reward being issued as a result of general use of the Dabble app, for example the Spin & Win Wheel.
​

12.1 Dabble may as part of a promotion, offer or discretionary reward, issue you with “Dabble Rockets”.

​12.2 Dabble Rockets are to be used increase the odds of a bet you have placed. Payouts on bets placed with Dabble Rockets will be paid at the new boosted price once it has resulted.

​12.3 You may use any Dabble Rockets credited to your Account on any selected fixtures from the time the Dabble Rocket appears in your Account.

​12.4 Dabble Rockets may be restricted from being used for some bet types, sports or fixtures at Dabble Sports’ discretion, which will be clearly disclosed in the Specific Promotional Terms.

​12.5 Where a Promotional Offer awards Dabble Rockets as part of that promotion, this will be clearly stated in the Specific Promotional Terms.

​12.6 You acknowledge and agree that any errors or delays in using or placing the Dabble Rockets during the game, is your sole responsibility. Dabble endeavours to minimise these instances occurring, but no liability will apply to Dabble for bad connection, the rocket freezing or any other issue related to the rocket game.

​12.7 Dabble Rockets are capped to one Dabble Rocket per event.

​12.8 Dabble Rockets can only be applied on events from 3:01am on the day they are scheduled to start.

​12.9 Dabble Rockets cannot be used in conjunction with Free Bets or any other promotional stake types. Bets placed using Free Bets are not eligible for Dabble Rockets, and Dabble Rockets cannot be applied to promotional stakes.

13.1 Dabble’s Spin & Win Wheel is a virtual “wheel” with multiple segments that may be available to a customer at different times at the discretion of Dabble.

​13.2 Customers will be notified if they are eligible to spin the wheel. (e.g. in-app, email, SMS, push).

​13.3 A customer must deposit and then is able to spin the wheel after that. One spin per issued wheel.

​13.4 An animated “spinning” of the wheel will result in a segment of the wheel being selected that indicates the reward to be issued to the customer (for example “£50 Free Bets)

​13.5 Spin & Win Wheels expire after 7 days if unused. Unused spins will be forfeited after this period.

​13.6 Dabble will issue the reward to the customer based on the segment the wheel lands on.

​13.7 Reward values will be issued in Free Bets and will be credited to your Account within 24 hours.

​13.8 Rewards issued in the form of Free Bets will be displayed in your Free Bets History, and must be used within 7 days of being credited.

​13.9 The Spin & Win Wheel is considered a General use-based Promotion.

14.1 Dabble may as part of a promotion, offer, or as a discretionary reward, issue you with “Free Bets”.

​14.2 Free Bets are a product, and not real cash. Free Bets can only be used to place a bet. Once a bet has been placed using Free Bets, that Free Bet will no longer be available to you.

​14.3 Free Bets must be used on selections with minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater, unless otherwise stated in the Specific Promotional Terms. Bets placed at lower odds will not qualify for Free Bets use and may be voided.

​14.4 Winning bets placed with Free Bets will be paid out in cash but exclude the Free Bets stake amount. For example, a bet of £10 using Free Bets at odds of £10 would result in £90 of winnings being credited to your Account as cash, but the £10 stake would not be credited to your Account.

​14.5 ree Bets must be used within 7 days from the time the Free Bet is credited to your Account, unless otherwise specified. Any unused Free Bets will expire after 7 days.

​14.6 If a bet placed using Free Bets is voided or results in a push (e.g. a non-runner or cancelled event), the Free Bet stake will be re-credited to your account [and will be displayed in your Free Bets History] and must be used within 7 days of re-credit. If not used within this period, it will expire.

​14.7 Where a Promotional Offer would credit Free Bets as part of that promotion, this will be clearly stated in the Specific Promotional Terms.

​14.8 Free Bets cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.

​14.9 Free Bets may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offering, such as a Rocket Boost or as stake on a Cash Back Special.

​14.10 Free Bets may be restricted from being used for some bet types, sports or fixtures at Dabble Sports’ discretion. These will be clearly stated in the Specific Promotional Terms.

​14.11 If your Free Bet was credited as a result of a deposit being made and your deposit is refunded (in part or whole), any unused Free Bets credited as part of that deposit being made will be forfeited.

15.1 Where a Promotion specifies that it is a Copy Bet Special Offer (“CBS Offer”), these terms will apply.

​15.2 CBS Offers will only be available on certain events. The event(s) will be clearly stated in the Specific Promotional Terms.

What is a Qualifying Bet?

​15.3 For your bet to qualify for the CBS Offer, you will need to stake using real money (and not Free Bets, Dabble Rockets or other promotional stakes) up to a defined amount (e.g. £10) and use the ‘Copy Bet’ feature on the nominated event or selection within the Promotion Period (a “Qualifying Bet”).

​15.4 Only your first copied bet on the specified event will be considered a Qualifying Bet.

​15.5 CBS Offers could be one of the following:

​15.5.1 Bet-based promotion: involve a reward being issued as a result of a bet being placed or copied on a specific bet where certain resulting criteria is met for that bet (Qualifying Bet), for example – stake back as a Free Bet if you copy a specific Betbuilder and one leg loses.

​15.5.2 Event-based promotion: involve a reward being issued as a result of a bet being placed or bet being copied on a specific event where certain resulting criteria is met for that bet (Qualifying Bet), for example – receive Free Bets if you copy any Win bet on a specific race/sport/event, if that bet comes 2nd or 3rd.

​15.5.6 You will participate in the CBS Offer if:

How are free bets awarded as part of a CBS Offer?

​15.7 The amount of Free Bets returned as part of the CBS Offer may be equal to or otherwise calculated by reference to the amount of your Qualifying Bet up to the maximum amount stated in the CBS Offer and otherwise stated in the Specific Promotional Terms.
​

For Example, if the CBS Offer states that you can be awarded Free Bets up to a value of £10 then:

15.8 Free Bets will automatically be applied to your Account, usually within 24 hours of the end of the relevant event.

​15.9 Free Bets will not be awarded where the Qualifying Bet is cancelled, voided, or not fully settled.

16.1 Where any Promotion offers a prize, these prizes will be drawn at random using a computer process that produces verifiably random results, unless otherwise specified in the Specific Promotional Terms.

​16.2 All prizes will be drawn within the Promotion Period specified in the Specific Promotional Terms and, unless otherwise indicated there, any cash prizes will be paid into the Account of an eligible prize-winner.

​16.3 We will not award a prize to any selected prize winner who is: (i) not a Qualifying Player; or (ii) otherwise not entitled to receive such prize (for example, in accordance with applicable law or if we have cause to disqualify a prize-winner in accordance with section 7. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to receive any prize prior to participating in any Promotion.

​16.4 Where a Promotion involves multiple stages or rounds, in the event you choose not to progress to the next round after qualifying to do so, you will forfeit your place and will not be eligible to receive any prize to be awarded for the next or any subsequent round or the final prize.

​16.5 All prizes are subject to availability. In the event the advertised prize is, or becomes, unavailable, we may offer an alternative prize of a similar nature and equivalent value at our sole discretion.

​16.6. Any entitlement to receive a prize is non-transferable.

​16.7 A prize-winner is solely responsible for the payment of any applicable tax in relation to the relevant prize. A prize-winner is also solely responsible for the payment of any incidental costs in connection with a prize (for example, travel costs) unless stated otherwise is the Specific Promotional Terms.

17.1 Rebound is a promotional feature offered at Dabble’s discretion that gives you a chance to receive a Free Bet if an Eligible Bet results in a Rebound-eligible outcome. Rebound is intended as a goodwill reward and must not be viewed as a way to recover losses.

17.2 Dabble may as part of a promotion, offer a discretionary reward, issue you Rebound tokens. Any Rebound token or Rebound offer may be subject to additional terms and conditions disclosed at the time the token is issued, applied or used. Those additional terms will form part of these terms and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

17.3 A Rebound token may only be applied to an Eligible Bet. If that Eligible Bet results in a Rebound-eligible outcome, you will be eligible to access Rebound.

Eligible Bet means a bet that:

17.4.1 has a minimum stake of £1; and

17.4.2 is identified by Dabble, at the time the Rebound token is issued or applied, as eligible for Rebound, subject to any conditions of offer notified by Dabble.

Rebound-eligible outcome means:

17.5.1 for a fixed racing single on a thoroughbred or greyhound race with a minimum of eight (8) runners, placed at minimum odds of 2.00, the bet finishes 2nd or 3rd; or

17.5.2 for a multi bet comprising four (4) or more legs (being a Multi or Bet Builder Multi, and excluding Exotics and Same Race Multis), placed at minimum odds of 3.00, exactly one (1) leg fails; or

17.5.3 for a Pick’Em (All-In) bet comprising four (4) or more legs (excluding Pick’Em Hedge), the bet loses. No tiering applies to any of the above Rebound-eligible outcomes.

17.6 Maximum Stake means the maximum stake amount determined by Dabble under clause 17.8 for the purposes of calculating any Rebound return.

17.7 Applicable Stake means the lesser of:

17.7.1 the original stake of the Eligible Bet; and

17.7.2 the Maximum Stake,

17.8 Dabble may determine the Maximum Stake amount applicable to a customer and an Eligible Bet for the purposes of Rebound in its discretion. The applicable Maximum Stake:

17.9 A customer may place a stake on an Eligible Bet that exceeds the Maximum Stake. Where this occurs, any Rebound return will be calculated only by reference to the Applicable Stake.

17.10 A Rebound token must be applied prior to you placing the bet and cannot be applied after the bet has been placed. Only one (1) Rebound token can be used per bet and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated by Dabble. A Rebound token will be void and Rebound will not be offered if the Eligible Bet is cashed out (in full or in part) prior to settlement.

17.11 If an Eligible Bet with an applied Rebound token:

17.11.1 does not result in a Rebound-eligible outcome, no Rebound will be offered; or

17.11.2 results in a Rebound-eligible outcome, a Rebound will be offered, and you will have the period notified by Dabble (being no more than thirty (30) days from bet settlement unless otherwise stated) to access Rebound, after which the offer will expire.

17.12 Rebound uses a 3x3 virtual grid of tiles. Each time you flip a tile it will reveal either a Free Bet amount (based on a percentage of the original bet stake) or a bomb. There is one (1) bomb tile and eight (8) Free Bet tiles, with the Free Bet tiles totalling 150% of the original stake. The fixed percentage values assigned to each Free Bet tile are: five (5) tiles at 10%, one (1) tile at 20%, one (1) tile at 30%, and one (1) tile at 50% of the Applicable Stake. The percentage values applied to each tile are fixed, and the position of each tile is randomly assigned for each Rebound session. Tile positions are not affected by how you bet, your betting history or any previous Rebound outcomes.

17.13 During Rebound, the Free Bet amounts on any tiles revealed will accumulate until you choose to stop and take the accumulated Free Bets at that time, or you continue revealing tiles, subject to the risk of revealing the bomb tile. Your decisions during Rebound, including whether to continue revealing tiles or to stop and take the accumulated Free Bets, materially affect the outcome of the Rebound session. Important: If you reveal the bomb tile, all accumulated Free Bet value will be lost, and the Rebound session will end.

17.14 Rebound ends when you:

17.14.1 elect to take the accumulated value of the revealed Free Bet tiles;

17.14.2 reveal all the Free Bet tiles; or

17.14.3 reveal one of the bomb tiles, whichever occurs first.

17.15 If you reveal a bomb:

17.15.1 the accumulated value of the Free Bet is voided and the session ends; however

17.15.2 you will receive an amount equal to 40% of the original stake in Free Bets up to a maximum amount of £75.

17.16 The maximum possible return available through Rebound is up to 150% of the original bet stake, capped at £750 (or any lower cap disclosed at the time the Rebound token is issued or used).

17.17 Any amount awarded through Rebound will be credited as Free Bets and will be subject to the terms of use of Free Bets set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

17.18 Dabble is not responsible for any technical, system or connectivity issues that may affect your ability to access or complete Rebound.

18.1 Our determination and decision on all Promotion matters, including prize-winners, will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned and, subject to section 17.2, that decision shall be final and binding on all Customers.

​18.2 Should you dispute our decision, then the Dabble Disputes Policy, available at https://helpdesk.dabble.co.uk/en/articles/11430034-disputes-complaints-policy will apply.

19.1 You may not assign or transfer any or all of your rights or obligations under the Agreement. We may transfer all or part of our rights under these Standard Promotional Terms to someone else without obtaining your consent provide such transfer does not significantly disadvantage you.

19.2 No third-party shall have a right to enforce the Agreement against us.

19.3 Failure by us to enforce a right under the Agreement will not result in waiver of such right.

19.4 If any part of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of the Agreement shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.

19.5 You and we agree that the laws of England apply to the Agreement and that any dispute between you and us arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or any Promotion will only be dealt with by the English courts.
