You can now Cash Out your bet before a match begins! Whether you're second-guessing your pick or looking to lock in a return early, Cash Out gives you the flexibility to take control of your bet. FAQ's with Cash Out
How do I know if Cash Out is available?
If your particular bet is eligible for Cash Out, this will be displayed in the ‘Pending’ bets screen.
Can I request a manual Cash Out?
The Cash Out product is an in-app feature only. This means that there won't be a chance to manually cash this out via customer service.
Why can't I Cash Out my bet?
Cash Out is made available at our absolute discretion.
All events on the bet need to be either: pre-match or the leg is officially settled, for Cash Out to be available. Cash Out will not be available once the event has started.
Bets placed with Rockets and Free Bets can be eligible for cash out as well (Terms and Conditions apply).

How to Cash Out?
Cash Out your eligible bet via the app using the following steps:
Tap on your account balance in the top right hand corner
Tap on 'Pending' bets and navigate to your selected bet.
If Cash Out is available, you will see a Cash Out amount, and a refresh button to refresh the Cash Out price.
Tap on Cash Out. This will check the current status of the market, and then the price will be calculated.
You will then need to review and confirm once more, if you wish to Cash Out the bet. This ensures that you agree to Cash Out, before the transcation is finalised.
Tap on 'Confirm' to proceed. If this is successful, you'll get a confirmation message at the top of the page. You can also view this in the 'Resulted' section of your bet history.
