Football
Qualifying leagues: English Premier League (BetBuilder markets excluded, see below), English Championship, Spanish La Liga, French Ligue 1, German Bundesliga, Italian Serie A, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League, FIFA World Cup
Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets for Singles, BetBuilder (BB) and Pick’em markets if they meet the following criteria:
The selected player is injured during the 1st Half and does not take any part in the 2nd Half of the game.
The player must start the match; players who begin on the bench and enter the game for any amount of time are not eligible for a refund.
Only markets involving the player’s “MORE” option on Pick’em selections are eligible for void/refund under this policy.
“LESS” option selections are not eligible for refunds under the Injury Protection Policy.
Exclusions:
BetBuilder markets in the English Premier League are excluded, as they are covered under Dabble’s Fresh Legs Promotion.
Any player prop markets not meeting the criteria outlined above will be settled as normal.
Refunds will only apply to eligible bets once the player’s injury and lack of participation in the 2nd Half are confirmed.
NBA
Qualifying leagues: NBA Regular Season and Finals Series
Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets for Singles and BetBuilder markets if they meet the following criteria:
The selected player is injured during the 1st Half and does not take any part in the game from the 3rd Quarter onwards.
Exclusions:
Player Over/Under, 1st Quarter and Pick’em markets are not covered by this Policy.
NFL
Qualifying leagues: NFL Regular Season and Finals Series
Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets for Singles and BetBuilder markets if they meet the following criteria:
The selected player is injured during the 1st Quarter and does not take any snap/play in the game from the 2nd Quarter onwards.
Exclusions:
Player Over/Under and Pick’em markets are not covered by this Policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
For football, what if I selected a player’s LESS option in Pick’em and they were injured in the 1st Half?
Selections involving the LESS option are not eligible for a refund under this policy. The bet will be settled as normal.
What if my selected player was already a winning bet before being injured?
If your selection had already reached a winning outcome before the injury, it will be paid out as normal.
When will I receive my refund?
Players who did not achieve their projected stat number may be initially resulted as a losing bet. Please be patient, as once the official match statistics are confirmed at the end of the game, your bet result will be updated along with your payout.
Refunds will be processed after the final statistics are verified, so please allow some time following the completion of the game for updates to be reflected in your account.
